Application Analyst

Work closely with clients to provide expert level remote management, administration and support for Client production with Charles River IMS solutions, including: client assistance in optimal use of the system, user administration/privileges, parameter configuration changes, system availability, application and database performance tuning, daily operational processing monitoring and support, Charles River IMS and database software patches, Charles River IMS version upgrades, assistance with problem support and resolution, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery assistance; work with colleagues to smoothly transition new clients to production operation; work with vendors as partners to deliver a tightly integrated, seamless service to clients; participate in the development and on-going refinement, enhancement and continuous process improvement for the services; and participate in the investigation, implementation, and operation of third party tools to enhance/improve, automate, and streamline the delivery of the services. Full-time position.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or closely related technological discipline and five (5) years of technical professional experience; alternatively, candidates may qualify with a Master’s degree and two (2) years of such experience. Experience must include one (1) year in financial services industry, with specific, technical experience with Windows programming including DOS, SQL and data formatting.
