Charles River’s 10th Annual Client Conference
Being ready for the future is critical for success. Please join us May 16-19, 2010 for Future Ready, Charles River Development’s 10th Annual Client Conference as we discuss and demonstrate our product and service offerings across multiple version releases and in a variety of formats.
Now that the Charles River Investment Management System (Charles River IMS) Version 9.1 is released and in production, we’ll review future enhancements and releases and demonstrate how V8 clients can maximize their system use.
Concurrent tracks on Charles River Manager, Charles River Trader and Charles River Compliance will offer more than 40 sessions on V9.1 and V9.2, including:
- Wealth Management: Support overlay management, using third-party manager models, rebalancing, order generation and compliance.
- Performance Measurement, Attribution and Performance Risk: View Charles River Performance capabilities for calculating, analyzing and reporting on multi-asset/multi-currency performance measurement and attribution data.
- Integrating Fixed Income Analytics into Portfolio Management: Learn how to calculate and use option adjusted spreads to create swap curves.
- ‘As Of’ Compliance: Ensure quick response to regulatory requests for historical information, including: supporting data on past breaches; ratings on securities no longer held; or account holdings information.
- Bank Loan Trading: Leverage multi-asset capabilities to set up and trade bank loans.
- Advanced Allocations and Commissions Management Tools: View expanded capabilities for managing block order allocations, and managing commissions to comply with established targets and commission sharing agreements.
Our new track on Best Practices is in direct response to clients’ requests for how to best leverage current versions. You’ll find 14 Best Practices sessions on V8 and V9.1, including:
- Improved Fixed Income Trading Workflows: Discuss and view order entry improvements and Charles River’s fixed income electronic trading interfaces.
- Tuning V8 – Tips and Tricks: Review ways to maintain and operate the system, focusing on database optimization, archiving, and key system parameter settings.
- Upgrading to V9.1: Learn how to plan, prepare and properly size a V9.1 upgrade.
Our Demo Center will include 10 stations for individual Q&A and discussions on V9.1. We’re also increasing hands-on training for V9.1 with expanded Application Labs.
