Introducing Premier Client Services
Charles River Development’s Premier Client Services (PCS) is a no-cost service that helps clients maximize their use of the Charles River Investment Management System. During a 1-3 day on-site visit, a cross-departmental team of Charles River experts identifies gaps between a client’s business needs and current system usage.
“Based on client feedback, we’re offering complimentary on-site evaluations of Charles River IMS – quickly resolving minor issues and recommending future improvements,” said Amit Nanavati, Vice President, Professional Services, Charles River Development. “PCS experts review client-provided information about current processes, workflows and technical reports. On-site, the team works closely with clients to identify how to better achieve business-critical initiatives.”
PCS experts evaluate all aspects of a client’s current Charles River IMS installation, including: workflows and module use for each business line; user setup and privileging; data availability for compliance; interfaces; and the overall performance and technical environment. Leveraging customized tools and templates, the team identifies inefficiencies and resolves minor product configuration or technical issues on-site. Following the assessment, Charles River delivers a detailed plan, including recommendations for upgrades, additional functionality, or workflow optimization.
